West Coast Baits Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
West Coast Baits products are small-batch, hand-poured, custom, limited-run, and fishing tackle products. Because of the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or accept regular returns.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for non-defective products.
This includes buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, change of mind, opened packages, used baits, rigged baits, custom colors, limited-run colors, prototype baits, or products damaged from heat, storage, fishing use, rigging, or modification.
Defective Product Exchanges
We will exchange defective products only.
To request an exchange for a defective product, the customer must contact West Coast Baits within 7 days of delivery with the order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
All defective exchange requests must be approved before sending anything back.
Exchange Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to an exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges Only, No Refunds
Approved defective products may be exchanged for the same item or a comparable replacement when available.
No cash refunds, store refunds, or payment refunds will be issued.
Final Sale Items
All West Coast Baits products are final sale unless approved for a defective product exchange.
