The West Coast Baits PinTail is a finesse bait built for pressured fish, clear water, and tough bites.

Designed with a rounded body that tapers into a thin flat pin tail, this bait gives off a natural quiver with very little movement. It has enough body presence to get noticed, but stays clean, subtle, and non-threatening when fish won’t commit to bigger presentations.

Available in two sizes:

3” Pin Tail – 12 Pack
The smaller finesse version. Best when the bite is tough, fish are pressured, or you need a small natural profile on light line.

3.5” Pin Tail – 10 Pack
The bigger-profile version with a thicker body for anglers wanting more presence and bigger bites while still staying in the finesse lane.

How to fish it:

Dropshot:
Nose hook the Pin Tail and keep it simple. Small shakes, long pauses, and dead-still holds are what make this bait shine. Let the body and thin tail quiver naturally in place. Great for clear water, suspended fish, deep fish, and tough-bite conditions.

Ned Rig / Ball Head Jig:
Rig it on a small jig head and fish it slow. Hop it, drag it, or swim it lightly near the bottom. The pin tail gives the bait a subtle baitfish-style quiver without needing a lot of rod movement.

Split Shot / Finesse Carolina Rig:
Rig it behind a light weight and drag it slowly through points, rock, gravel, grass edges, and clean bottom. Let the weight move first, then let the bait glide and settle naturally behind it.
